Before ordering your virtual server, you will need to register your domain name (e.g. yourdomain.com). If you already have a domain name, then click on "Next Step" to continue with your order. If you are transferring your existing domain, you will be provided with our nameserver info in your welcome email.

We recommend that all new domain registrations go through WSMDomains.com where registration is only $15 per year for all .com, .net and .org domains. If you have not reserved your domain yet, visit WSMDomains now and reserve your domain; then enter your domain name in the "Domain Name/Special Instructions" field when you place your virtual server order.

Your account should be activated within 24 hours!
If you do not receive your account welcome email within 24 hours, please e-mail info@alcme.net and request it be re-sent. Please be sure to use an e-mail address that is not on the domain you are setting up, or you won’t receive your welcome e-mail (e.g. use your ISP email address).

We charge the first month's payment on the day that you order:

When you place your server order, we charge you for the first month's payment on that day, and then we schedule you to be charged again monthly on that same date for as long as your server is active.

You will be offered three payment options all due in US$:

credit card
e-check (US Accounts only)
check (includes personal checks or money orders that are drawn on a US bank)

Those using credit cards and e-check will automatically be charged on a monthly basis unless you instruct us otherwise.

Those paying by check are given 10 days grace to mail their checks.
